Scope of Interaction
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Intelligent Automatiseer ecosystem, including our insights on Connecting GPT-4 via n8n.
1.0 Acceptance of Digital Terms
By engaging with our digital environment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the parameters governing Intelligent Automatiseer. This is a legally binding agreement between you and our Amsterdam-based collective. We provide sophisticated documentation regarding the Integration of n8n and ChatGPT and other high-level process maps.
If you disagree with any portion of these protocols, you must terminate your session immediately. Continued navigation constitutes an electronic signature of consent to our operational standards.
Intellectual Property & Schematics
All content presented—including but not limited to Smart n8n scenarios with OpenAI, logical diagrams, custom node configurations, and architectural descriptions—is the exclusive proprietary asset of Intelligent Automatiseer.
- / Unauthorized replication of our system logs or workflow logic is strictly prohibited.
- / Users may not reverse-engineer the N8N + OpenAI for automation techniques detailed throughout our publications.
2.0 User Conduct & Input Integrity
When testing or analyzing our public-facing N8N pipelines with artificial intelligence, users agree to provide accurate, non-malicious data. The intentional injection of scripts, prompt-injection attacks targeting GPT-4, or attempts to overwhelm our infrastructure through automated scraping is a breach of security protocol.

No Outcome Liability

Operating from Prinsengracht 78, Amsterdam, Intelligent Automatiseer adheres strictly to Dutch and European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from the use of our logic regarding Automating AI-based business processes shall be handled exclusively within the Dutch judicial system.
Data sovereignty is a pillar of our architectural philosophy. While we demonstrate how to use n8n and OpenAI for business tasks, the final responsibility for data processing agreements (DPA) and compliance with GDPR rests with the user who implements these automations locally or via cloud services.
